Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags and original packaging are intact
- The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lebenty.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Lebenty is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Contact your payment provider for an update
